The coat of arms is a symbol of the Omsk Oblast, Russia adopted 29 May 2003. Its authors are Igor Vahitov, Albert Karimov and Oleg Nikitin. == Description == The coat of arms of Omsk Oblast is quadrangular with rounded lower corners, pointed at the tip of a heraldic shield in the white box which is a gold cross, burdened with wavy azure post and escorted each of the eight corners of the small green pyramids; on top of everything, in the heart of the shield, with five red bastionsshown above, filled with silver, gold castle with arch in the center. Exterior decoration full coat of arms of the Omsk region are golden oak branches, intertwined with Alexander ribbon and gold stylized old Russian imperial crown, crowning the shield.
